I have worked out a great deal for your MasterMind Group with this Developer. Tower II is now selling pre-construction at $350 per sq ft plus $1000.00 surcharge per floor. Tower I started at $335 per sq ft. The Developer has agreed that if I can get 20 reservations for Tower II, he will price the reservations at $335 per sq ft for Tower II. That’s a $15 per sq ft discount—Do the Math!! I will have to have all reservations in by July 25 , 2005 to get this discount. If I do not get 20, the price then goes back up to $350 per sq ft.
